Sometimes when you add content to your website, or have some changes made, you will not be able to see them.

This is because in order to be efficient, your browser (such as Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Firefox) keep already downloaded versions of these pages in your computer's cache - to save time and data in downloading them.

If you think this may be the case, here is the order in which you should try to solve this:

  1. Refresh your page. Every browser has the ability to refresh your page, and this in many cases will force your browser to ask for a fresh copy of that page.
  2. Try a different browser. If you normally use Google Chrome, try Firefox. Use a browser which you will not have used recently to view the page on and you will find this should solve your problem.
  3. If neither points one or two above work, then you may need to clear your cache. Each browser has a different way of doing this, so take a look here to see how to clear your cache.
